Ingredients
For the dough:
- 5 egg (s)
- 300 g suar
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 125 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 175 ml orange lemonade (Fanta)
For covering:
- 1 glass sour cherries
- 2 cans tangerine (s)
- 1 can peach (s)
- 600 g whipped cream
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g cream cheese
- 5 packs vanilla sugar
- 3 packs cream stabilizer
- cinnamon
- sugar

- Mix eggs, sugar and flour until creamy. Mix the flour and baking powder and slowly stir in, then add the sunflower oil and Fanta (if you don`t have Fanta at home, you can also use mineral water). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour in the dough evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
- Drain the fruit and distribute it on the cooled base as desired.
- Then whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Now add the cream cheese and sour cream. The creamy mass is then carefully spread over the fruit base and dusted with plenty of cinnamon and sugar.
- Then it is best to store it in a cool place again for a short time before consumption.
