An old English drink served chilled with ice. Of course, you can make a cocktail with the juice of fresh apples and oranges, but baked fruits with cloves make the drink taste much better.

Ingredients
Apple – 1 pc.
Orange – 1 pc.
Lemon – 1 pc.
Carnation – 20 pcs.
Fresh ginger slice (7.5 cm)
Light brown sugar – 30 g
Carbonated drink “Bitter Lemon” – 375 ml
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Stick the cloves into the rind of the lemon and orange. Cut the apple in a circle. Bake the fruit in the oven for 25 minutes.
Peel and mash the apple, cut the orange and lemon into quarters.
Grate the peeled piece of ginger.
Combine fruit, ginger, and sugar in a bowl. Add 300 ml of boiling water.
Mash the fruit with a spoon. Cover and leave for an hour.
Strain into a jug of crushed ice, squeezing the juice out of the fruit pulp with a spoon.
Add sparkling water. Garnish the drink with an orange peel and cloves.
