Instructions

  1. Peel all the fruit. Cut the kiwi into wedges for the palm leaves, divide the orange into wedges - this is how the island is formed. Halve the banana lengthways and then cut into pieces (slices) for the trunks of the palm trees. If there should happen to be baby carvings with the orange, they hang on the palm tree as fruit.
  2. On a large plate, preferably a pizza plate, shape the orange wedges into an island at the bottom of the plate. The 2 palm trees with their trunks made of banana and leaves made of kiwi grow on it.
  3. As long as my daughter was little, that was always the highlight when we did a fruit island. Children eat even more with their eyes than we big ones.
