- 250 ml tea (red bush), strong
- 3 orange (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 125 ml syrup (raspberry)
- 8 ice cubes, to taste
- possibly raw cane sugar
- 350 ml mineral water
- 250 ml pineapple juice, to taste

- Pour the cooled rooibos tea into a large glass jug, add the squeezed fruit juice and mix with the raspberry syrup, stir well. Sweetening is probably not necessary - otherwise add 1 tablespoon of raw cane sugar. Pour in the ice cubes and fill up with mineral water.
- Pineapple juice also tastes delicious in this combination - then add 1/4 l of it.
