Fruit Milk Shake is a simple milkshake with fruits or berries. You can please yourself with this “childhood dream” all your life. Moreover, there can be many options for this drink of youth – milkshakes can be nutritious and low-calorie, thick and liquid, sweet and not so, but all these are very tasty drinks.

Ingredients

  • Frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) – 300 g
  • or fresh strawberries – 200 g
  • Milk – 500 g (2 cups)
  • Ice cream or frozen fruit yogurt – 300 g (8 balls)

Directions

  1. Put the berries in a blender, add milk and ice cream.
  2. Mix until smooth. Pour into glasses.
  3. Berries – any. If you are obsessed with the idea of a low-calorie diet, ice cream can be replaced with frozen low-fat yogurt.
  4. Serve milkshake with additional scoops of ice cream or frozen yogurt.
