  • Apples – 1-1.5 pcs.
  • Pear – 1-1.5 pcs.
  • Peaches – 1-2 pcs.
  • Cornflakes (better breakfast cereals) – 1 handful
  • Mint – 2-3 sprigs
  • Lemon (juice only) – 0.25-0.5 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar optional

  1. Wash the apples. If the peel is tough, peel. Remove seeds. Cut into cubes or slices.
  2. Wash the pear. Again, if the skin is tough, peel off. Cut into slices.

  3. Wash the peach, cut it into slices.
  4. Wash and chop the mint.

  5. Gently mix all the ingredients in the fruit salad. If the peach is very soft, just spread the slices on top. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle the salad with mint.
    If the fruit is not sweet, sprinkle additional icing sugar on the fruit salad.
