New Year is a holiday that adults and children look forward to. I suggest including a fruit salad in the shape of a Christmas tree in the festive menu. This dish will perfectly decorate the table and will certainly delight your children.
Ingredients
Bananas – 350 g
Tangerines – 200 g
Kiwi – 350 g
Natural yogurt (no additives) – 170 g
Honey – 10 g
Sesame – 10 g
Direction
Peel bananas, cut them into circles. We leave one circle to make a star for the Christmas tree.
Remove the peel from the tangerines, disassemble into slices. If there are too many seeds in the tangerines, then you need to carefully pull them out with a knife.
We transfer the yogurt to a deep plate, add honey, mix.
On a flat plate, put alternately slices of banana and tangerine slices.
We form a fruit pyramid.
Gently spread yogurt on a pile of fruit, coat the pyramid with yogurt on all sides.
We clean the kiwi, cut it into thin slices.
We spread the kiwi on the “Christmas”. Try to stack the kiwi circles beautifully on top of each other, forming “twigs”.
Cut a star out of the remaining banana mug with a knife. Dip the banana star in sesame seeds, fix it with a toothpick at the top of the “Christmas”.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the fruit “Christmas”: it will “snow” on the “spruce branches”. Decorate the fruit salad with mint leaves if desired. New Year’s tree fruit salad is ready!
