Fruit Salad “Christmas”

New Year is a holiday that adults and children look forward to. I suggest including a fruit salad in the shape of a Christmas tree in the festive menu. This dish will perfectly decorate the table and will certainly delight your children.
Ingredients
- Bananas – 350 g
- Tangerines – 200 g
- Kiwi – 350 g
- Natural yogurt (no additives) – 170 g
- Honey – 10 g
- Sesame – 10 g
Direction
- Peel bananas, cut them into circles. We leave one circle to make a star for the Christmas tree.
- Remove the peel from the tangerines, disassemble into slices. If there are too many seeds in the tangerines, then you need to carefully pull them out with a knife.
- We transfer the yogurt to a deep plate, add honey, mix.
- On a flat plate, put alternately slices of banana and tangerine slices.
- We form a fruit pyramid.
- Gently spread yogurt on a pile of fruit, coat the pyramid with yogurt on all sides.
- We clean the kiwi, cut it into thin slices.
- We spread the kiwi on the “Christmas”. Try to stack the kiwi circles beautifully on top of each other, forming “twigs”.
- Cut a star out of the remaining banana mug with a knife. Dip the banana star in sesame seeds, fix it with a toothpick at the top of the “Christmas”.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the fruit “Christmas”: it will “snow” on the “spruce branches”. Decorate the fruit salad with mint leaves if desired. New Year’s tree fruit salad is ready!
