Fruit Salad “Fitness”

The sweet salad with apples, bananas, and nuts turned out to be delicious! And the addition of the nuts made the light fruit salad more satisfying.

Ingredients

Apples – 150 g (1-2 pcs.)
Bananas – 100-150 g (1 pcs.)
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Nuts – 30 g
Yogurt – 100-150 g
Candied fruits for decoration

Directions

  1. Cut the apples into cubes.
  2. Cut the bananas into cubes.
  3. Peel the lemon from the peel and films, cut or disassemble it by hand into small pieces.
  4. Finely chop the nuts.
  5. We mix all the components of the salad. Add yogurt and bright candied fruits (I have cherries). The Fitness salad is ready.
