Fruit Salad in Pineapples

The New Year’s feast obliges to prepare something unusually tasty, solemnly tender, colorful, and colorful, for example, a fruit salad in a pineapple. This gorgeous dessert is a light and mouth-watering treat for the festive table. Warm fruit pieces with caramel syrup will appeal to everyone.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple – 1.1 kg (1 pcs.)
  • Apples (sweet and sour) – 80 g
  • Tangerines – 70 g
  • Grapes – 60 g
  • Pears – 80 g
  • Cane sugar (sand) – 100 g
  • Orange juice – 110 ml
  • Lemon juice – 30 ml
  • Dried cranberries – 20 g

Direction

  1. Cut the pineapple in half with a sharp large knife, together with the leaves.
  2. With a sharp knife blade, draw a contour, stepping back from the edge of half a centimeter. We mark the hard middle – it does not need to be used. Cut off the inner flesh carefully.
  3. We take out the pineapple pieces, cut into slices – put them on a plate.
  4. Add grapes to the pineapple, cut in half and without seeds, and remove them.
  5. Cut apples, pears into slices the size of pineapple slices, add to the rest of the fruit slices. We fill with lemon juice.
  6. Melt the cane sugar in a frying pan, adding orange juice – expect the mixture to boil.
  7. We spread the pieces of fruit, mix with a spatula, let them saturate with caramel for no more than a minute.
  8. We put the caramelized fruits in prepared pineapple “fruit bowls”. Add slices of fresh tangerine.
    Fruit salad in pineapple is ready!
  9. Sprinkle with dried cranberries, serve fruit salad in pineapple to the table.
