Fruit Salad “Summer Flavor”

Nice dessert made of fruits and berries with whipped sour cream. Chilled salad on a hot summer day – so delicious!
Ingredients
- Plums – 3 pcs.
- Apricots – 3 pcs.
- Nectarines – 2 pcs.
- Strawberry – 150 g
- Sweet cherry – 150 g
- Red and black currants – a handful
- Thick sour cream or cream – 300 g
- Sugar – 150 g (to taste)
- A piece of dark chocolate for decoration
Directions
- Wash and dry all fruits and berries.
- Cut into pitted slices. Cut the strawberries into 4 pieces. Leave 2 berries for decoration. Tear off the roots of cherries and currants. If desired, you can sprinkle with cognac or rum, the salad will be more aromatic.
- Beat the sour cream with sugar.
- Gently mix 2/3 of the sour cream with the prepared fruit and berries. The salad can be placed in bowls or in one salad bowl.
- Pour the remaining sour cream on top. Decorate with grated chocolate, strawberries, and currants. Chill before serving.
