- 1 banana (s)
- 1 apple (e.g. Braeburn)
- some raisins
- some prunes
- 10 almond (s)
- 150 g yourt (1.5%)
- some cinnamon powder
- possibly honey

- Peel the banana and cut into slices that are not too thin. Cut the apple into eighths, remove the core and cut the wedges into cubes of any size.
- Put the banana slices and apple cubes in a bowl, sprinkle with the raisins, prunes and almonds and pour in the yoghurt. Finally dust everything with a little cinnamon. The fruit salad can also be sweetened with honey if necessary.
