Fruit Salad with Apples, Pears and Kiwi

What could be lighter and tastier than fruit for dessert or as a light snack? Only fruit salad! A real vitamin bomb!

Ingredients
- Apples – 220 g
- Pears – 230 g
- Kiwi – 230 g
- Grapes – 15-20 berries
- Orange – 1 piece
- Liquid honey – 1-2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – as needed
Directions
- Rinse the orange, peel. If the films and partitions of the orange are very dense, then it is better to carefully select only one pulp. Prepared orange slices should be no more than half a slice.
- For the kiwi, you need to cut off the skin and cut the pulp into slices, commensurate with slices of orange. Add kiwi to the orange. Cut the grapes into halves and add to the salad. If there are bones inside, then they must be removed.
- Rinse the pear and also cut into medium-sized slices, add to the salad. The core with the seeds must be removed.
- Lastly, put the washed and sliced apple. We remove the core without fail. It is also advisable to remove the skin so that the finished salad is more tender. If the apple pieces darken a lot, then sprinkle them with lemon juice.
- Pour the prepared fruit with liquid honey and stir. Fruit salad with apples, pears, and kiwi is ready! If you wish, you can let it brew a little in the refrigerator and serve.
