Fruit Salad with Celery Root

Root celery salad can be made with just about any fruit! This recipe’s salad is easy to prepare but tastes great.

Ingredients

  • Root celery – 200 g
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Mandarin – 1 pc.
  • Persimmon – 1 pc.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Sweet yogurt – 100 ml
  • Chocolate – 25-30 g

Directions

  1. For Celery Root Fruit Salad, prepare the ingredients listed for the recipe. In addition to these fresh fruits, you can take others (grapes, pears, oranges), as well as canned ones (pineapple, peach, etc.). Instead of yogurt, the dressing can be sour cream with sugar.
  2. Cut the peeled celery root into cubes.
  3. Cut the peeled mandarin slices into 2-3 pieces.
  4. Also, cut the persimmon with or without peel into cubes.
  5. Cut the banana pulp first lengthwise, and then crosswise, into pieces.
  6. Dice the apple (and/or other fruits) similarly.
    Combine all prepared fruits and celery root in a salad bowl, season with sweet yogurt.
  7. Stir the ingredients together.
  8. To decorate the salad, break the chocolate into pieces or chop it with a knife.
  9. Serving fruit salad with celery is more effective in portioned salad bowls, such as vases.
  10. Divide the celery root fruit salad into portions and sprinkle with chocolate.
