Fruit Salad with Prunes

Hearty fruit salad – great breakfast!

- Boil water, pour boiling water over the prunes for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, blot the prunes with a napkin or dry on a sieve.
- Peel the apples cut them into slices. Peel the oranges. Cut into thick half rings and then cut into slices.
- Cut the prunes into slices of the same size as apples and oranges.
- Chop the nuts. Set aside a third of the chopped nuts to garnish the salad.
- Mix sour cream and sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Combine all ingredients, add sour cream with sugar, stir in a fruit salad.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts on the fruit salad when serving.
