- 300 g suar
- 5 egg (s)
- liter ⅛ oil
- 60 ml water
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 kg fruit, as desired (apricots, plums, )
- possibly almond (s)

- Mix the sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, oil, water and salt until frothy. Stir in flour and baking powder. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover with fruit.
- If you like, you can also sprinkle flaked almonds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
