Instructions

  1. Put the fruit on the skewers in bite-sized but never in a different order. However, there should be enough space at one end to still be able to hold it well. Heat the couverture according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Place the fruit skewers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and pour the chocolate over them. This requires some feeling that there is enough chocolate for all skewers. If not all skewers fit on the tray, it is best to use a second one. Let the skewers cool on the tray. Store in the refrigerator before consumption. They are particularly popular at parties because of their freshness. Variants with other chocolate are possible. That would then have to be shredded and melted in the pot.
