Fruit Smoothie with Avocado and Spinach

Drinks made from fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs are very healthy. Fruit smoothie with avocado and spinach will delight, in addition to the benefits for the body, bright color, and taste.

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Fresh spinach – 70 g
  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Flax seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves and dry them a little with a paper towel. We tear it with our hands and put it in a blender bowl. Add chopped banana and any kind of apple (you don’t need to remove the skin from the apple).
  2. Peel the avocado cut the pulp into slices, add to the rest of the ingredients. Grind the contents of the bowl until smooth. Squeeze the juice from a large orange and pour it into a banana, apple, avocado, and spinach smoothie. Add olive oil. Grind well again.
  3. Fruit smoothie with avocado and spinach is ready. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Sprinkle with flax seeds if desired.
