Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon
  • 200 g berries, frozen, e.., raspberries or wild berries
  • 0.5 ½ small melon (s), (Galia-)
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 50 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen fruit thaw (but do not thaw completely). Squeeze the lemon. Peel the melon and banana and cut into small pieces. Mix everything together. Season with honey and add the milk.
