Ingredients

  • 375 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 g suar, less if necessary
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • 1 glass sour cherries
  • 1 can peach (s)

For the cast:

  • 2 packs cake glaze your choice
  • 500 ml juice from the drained fruit, alternatively water

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer to a creamy mass. Mix in the yogurt and add the flour mixed with baking powder at the end.
  2. Drain the peaches and sour cherries, collecting the juice. Cut the peach halves into small pieces and fold them into the dough together with the cherries. Place the finished dough on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and distribute it.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  4. After the cake has cooled down a little, prepare a cake topping according to the instructions on the packet and place on the fruit cake.
  5. Tips: The icing can also be left out and, alternatively, the hot cake can be coated with apricot jam. You can also add two packs of vanilla sugar to the dough beforehand.
