For the fruit pulp, peel and puree the bananas, clean and puree other fruits (peaches, pears, strawberries, other berries, etc.). Freeze single or mixed types, I have an ice cube mold that freezes the frozen food into sticks.
To prepare, put one or two fruit pulp sticks in a glass or a plastic bottle for drinking yoghurt (500 ml), pour the yoghurt on top, fill up with water and sweeten as required.
The fruit pulp thaws slowly, while the drink is cooled so that you can drink it well even after hours.
The calories are calculated for 0.1% yogurt and approx. 1 banana.
