Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 1 pck.pudding powder, vanilla
- 200 g cottae cheese (rainy cream cheese)
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 1 can cocktail fruits approx 450 g

- Drain the fruit.
- Mix the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth and stir into the boiling milk with the whisk and boil to a pudding, add the sugar, then stir in the cottage and eggnog, allow to cool a little.
- Alternately fill this cream with the drained fruit into the dessert glasses, then chill.
- Possibly add an ice cream scoop to serve, it also tastes very fine
- Instead of the fruit cocktail, you can of course also use fresh fruit!
