Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 g cottae cheese (rainy cream cheese)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • 1 can cocktail fruits approx 450 g

Instructions

  1. Drain the fruit.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth and stir into the boiling milk with the whisk and boil to a pudding, add the sugar, then stir in the cottage and eggnog, allow to cool a little.
  3. Alternately fill this cream with the drained fruit into the dessert glasses, then chill.
  4. Possibly add an ice cream scoop to serve, it also tastes very fine
  5. Instead of the fruit cocktail, you can of course also use fresh fruit!
