  • 250 ml milk 1.5% fat
  • 150 ml sauce, (salsa)
  • 50 ml tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips, season and place in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and spring onions into thin slices or rings and layer them on the meat.
  3. Peel the banana, wash the apples, cut into slices and place on the vegetables.
  4. Mix the milk, salsa and ketchup, season to taste and pour over the casserole.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes.
