Ingredients

  • 3 liters apple juice, clearer
  • 3 packets preserving sugar (: 1)
  • 1 kg apples
  • 3 sachets citric acid

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and e.g., shred with the Quickchef. Pour juice, apple pieces, preserving sugar and citric acid (can also be liquid concentrate or juice of 2 lemons, taste!) In a pot with at least 6 l.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Let it simmer for 3 minutes, then pour it into well-cleaned jam jars with twist-off lids. Close the lids and turn them upside down for at least 5 minutes. Turn over, let cool and enjoy.
