Ingredients
- 3 liters apple juice, clearer
- 3 packets preserving sugar (: 1)
- 1 kg apples
- 3 sachets citric acid

- Peel and core the apples and e.g., shred with the Quickchef. Pour juice, apple pieces, preserving sugar and citric acid (can also be liquid concentrate or juice of 2 lemons, taste!) In a pot with at least 6 l.
- Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Let it simmer for 3 minutes, then pour it into well-cleaned jam jars with twist-off lids. Close the lids and turn them upside down for at least 5 minutes. Turn over, let cool and enjoy.
