Ingredients
- 2 onions)
- 4 large tomato (s), or a small can
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 50 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 100 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 150 ml cola
- 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Dice the onion very finely and sweat it in the oil. Add diced tomatoes or canned tomatoes. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Squeeze the garlic and add. Now add the other ingredients and simmer gently for half an hour, stirring occasionally until a thick sauce is formed.
- Serve warm or cold with meat or fish, ideally from the grill.
- Goes particularly well with my fillet skewers with zucchini.
