Ingredients

  • 175 g berries, fresh, e.., strawberries, blackberries, etc.
  • 130 ml milk
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 50 g sour cream
  • chocolate

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries and let them dry.
  2. Put all ingredients, except for the chocolate, in a measuring beaker or similar container and puree finely. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it freeze for 20 minutes.
  3. Add chocolate or decorative fruits as desired and serve.
