Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon milk, 1.5%
- 6 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon linseed oil
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoon almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoon oat bran

- Wash the apple and grate it finely. Mix the lemon juice with the apple. Mix the quark with honey and milk. Mix the quark mixture with some of the apple.
- Now put the quark in a bowl. Scatter the rest of the apple on top, pour the linseed oil on top, as well as the bran and almonds.
- The honey is optional.
