Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon milk, 1.5%
  • 6 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 1 tablespoon linseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoon almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oat bran

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple and grate it finely. Mix the lemon juice with the apple. Mix the quark with honey and milk. Mix the quark mixture with some of the apple.
  2. Now put the quark in a bowl. Scatter the rest of the apple on top, pour the linseed oil on top, as well as the bran and almonds.
  3. The honey is optional.
