- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 banana (s)
- 2 oranges (blood oranges or normal oranges)
- possibly honey

- Squeeze the blood oranges and put the juice with the banana and buttermilk in the blender. Mix everything well and enjoy immediately!
- If the drink is too sour, just add a little more honey. It tastes great for breakfast or in between.
