Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 handful basil
- some balsamic vinegar
- some olive oil
- some salt and pepper

- Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and fry them in olive oil until golden brown. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into small pieces. Wash the basil and cut the leaves a little smaller if necessary.
- Put everything together in a bowl, season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- It goes well with garlic bread, baguette or crispbread. Tastes cold or warm.
