Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce (romaine lettuce)
  • 1 fig (s), dried
  • 3 walnuts
  • 1 mandarin (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • water

Instructions

  1. First wash the apple and the lettuce. Then cut the lettuce leaves into pieces and put them in a salad bowl. Also cut the apple and the peeled tangerine into small pieces and mix them with the salad. Remove the stalk from the figs and chop them into very small pieces, roughly the size of raisins. Do the same with the walnuts and add both to the salad. Now squeeze half a lemon and dilute the juice with about twice as much water so that it is not too acidic and you get enough liquid. Finally stir the juice into the salad.
  2. Tip: If the salad is still too sour for you, you can use more figs or add a little honey.
