Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries, ripe and fresh
- 150 g mascarpone
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 250 g natural yourt
- 70 g suar, brown
- 6 tablespoon muesli, (crunchy muesli)
- a little lemon juice

- Whip the cream until stiff, stir in yoghurt, 50 g sugar and mascarpone until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, add a little lemon juice and the remaining sugar and puree together. Mix one third of the mascarpone cream with one third of the strawberry mixture. Carefully pour into tall glasses, layer by layer. To stabilize, add a layer of crunchy muesli in front of the pure strawberry mixture. Chill for 1-2 hours.
