Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
  • 1 apple, red, finely diced
  • 1 cucumber (s), finely diced
  • 1 bunch spring onions, cut into rings
  • 1 small Can corn

For the sauce:

  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh, finely chopped or dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the apple, bell pepper, cucumber and spring onions in a bowl. Drain the corn and add it.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark with dill and sour cream in a bowl and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix with the salad ingredients and let the salad stand for at least 2 hours.
  3. This salad is just the thing for summer. It tastes good for grilling or just as a light meal.
