Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), very ripe
  • 1 papaya, very ripe
  • 1 nectarine (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 0.25 ¼ chilli pepper (s), red
  • extra oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, papaya and nectarine and cut into small pieces. Mix with a thinly sliced spring onion, lime juice, finely chopped chilli pepper, oil, salt and pepper, cook well and then chill.
  2. The chutney can be stored in closed jars (filled hot) in the refrigerator for approx. 4 weeks.
