Fruity Orange Dressing

• 1 orange (s), (the juice)
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
• 1 shallot (s)
• Pepper, fresh from the mill

Instructions

1. Squeeze the orange and pour the juice into a shaker. Dice the shallot and add to the orange juice along with the oil and white balsamic vinegar. Add fresh pepper to taste and shake well!
2. Tastes wonderful on any green salad, especially lamb`s lettuce.
3. If you like it even more fruity, you can add some orange fillets to the salad.
