Ingredients

  • 110 g spelled flour, whole rain

Instructions

  1. If you haven`t already done so, cut the apples and raisins. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix all ingredients, the easiest way is with the mixer and dough hook.
  2. I baked the rolls in small glass bowls, so they get a nice shape, but otherwise you can also put the dough on the baking sheet with two spoons.
  3. Bake for about 27 minutes on the middle shelf. After about 15 minutes, move them to the top shelf and cover with aluminum foil, otherwise they will turn too brown on the bottom.
