  • 4 slices white bread or brioche
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla sugar well with a fork. This is the basic mixture, you can now add flavors or spices (or whatever you can think of) and stir in.
  2. Roll the bread in this mixture, let it stand for a few minutes and place in a greased casserole dish with a lid. If there is still something left of the mixture, it can be poured over the bread.
  3. Close the lid (or cover the tin with aluminum foil) and bake the whole thing at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes, making sure that the egg freezes everywhere. Serve warm.
