Ingredients
- 750 g sweet potato (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup Cremefine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 150 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated

- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in salted water until cooked. Drain the water and puree the potatoes with the butter. Warm up the milk a little and add to the puree with the cremefine. Adjust the amount of liquid a little, the potatoes differ in firmness, take a little less. Then season well with fresh nutmeg, salt and pepper.
