  • 750 g sweet potato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup Cremefine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 150 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into pieces and cook in salted water until cooked. Drain the water and puree the potatoes with the butter. Warm up the milk a little and add to the puree with the cremefine. Adjust the amount of liquid a little, the potatoes differ in firmness, take a little less. Then season well with fresh nutmeg, salt and pepper.
