A few minutes β and you get a very bright in taste and color preparation for the winter! Which you can eat on the sly. π Real summer in the bank! Universal garlic and pepper paste is perfect with meat and will be good on a sandwich.
Ingredients
Garlic arrows β 500 g
Hot pepper (jalapeno) fresh β 2 pcs.
Sea salt (large) β 15 g
Olive oil β 3-5 tbsp
Wine vinegar (6%) β 3 tbsp
Directions
Letβs prepare the products. Wash the garlic arrows well and dry on a towel.
We will cut the arrows randomly into small pieces.
We also chop hot peppers at random. (Pick the spice to your taste, for our family I take a couple of spicy jalapenos.)
We collect everything in a blender bowl, add sea salt, vinegar and olive oil.
And grind everything. The whole process will take 5 minutes.
Here is such a fragrant and vigorous garlic-pepper paste you should get! The arrows themselves are good, the hot pepper is slightly felt.
We transfer the garlic paste to the prepared jar.
Store the garlic-pepper paste in the refrigerator. The first preparations have begun β summer in the bank! Cook for health!
