Garlic Baked Potatoes

Garlic baked potatoes are my favorite side dish for meat dishes. It is easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty. Timeless classics.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (medium) – 5 pcs.
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Green onions – to taste
  • Provencal herbs to taste
  • Ground paprika – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products for baking potatoes with garlic. Peel the potatoes (optional), wash, and dry.
  2. Cut the potatoes into pieces (I cut the small potatoes into quarters).
  3. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, melted butter, and spices. Mix well.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with foil, it is better to grease it with oil (vegetable or butter). Place the potatoes on the foil. Bake potatoes in the oven at 160-180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (check readiness).
  5. Wash and chop green onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Sprinkle with garlic a couple of minutes before cooking.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked baked potatoes with garlic with green onions.
