Ingredients

  • 750 ml schnapps, (grain or vodka), if you want it stronger, you can take prima fuel
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 clove (s)
  • 6 clove (s) garlic

Instructions

  1. Fill the vodka or grain into a sufficiently wide-necked container.
  2. Add the cloves and the cinnamon stick, then peel the garlic cloves, quarter them and add to the base. Then close the jar tightly and place in a warm place for about five to seven weeks. Then strain the whole thing through a hair sieve, filter or cloth and of course taste it.
