  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 120 g olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons herbs, Italian, dried
  • 70 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Heat the olive oil with the garlic in a small saucepan and place on a plate. Put the parmesan, breadcrumbs and herbs on another plate and mix together.
  2. Wash the meat, pat dry, cut in half, pepper and salt. Turn the fillets first in the garlic oil and then in the breading and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the fillets for 25-30 minutes.
