Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg shrimp (s), prawns (large shrimp)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup chili sauce, Thai sweet
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 bunch coriander, (cilantro)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the prawns but leave the tail intact. Make a marinade from the other ingredients and let the prawns steep for several hours. Put the prawns into a hot wok with a slotted spoon, gradually add the marinade until the prawns are pink and cooked, serve for about 5 minutes, garnish with a little coriander (cilantro) and crispy baguette.
