Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 2 egg (s), (size M)
  • 90 ml water, lukewarm
  • some salt and pepper
  • Spice mix:
  • 1 pepperoni, red, pitted, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the ingredients for the dough with a wooden spoon and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, sauté the ingredients of the seasoning mixture in the olive oil and season. Rub the spaetzle through a spaetzle grater in boiling salted water. Swim on the surface, strain, quench and mix with the seasoning mixture.
