Garlic Chilli Pepper Oil
Garlic Chilli Pepper Oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the bottle / s carefully with hot water and let it dry!
  2. Heat the oil, but do not bring it to the boil. Put the peeled and possibly chopped (depending on the size of the bottle neck) garlic, the chilli flakes and the peppercorns into the bottle / s and pour on the warm oil! Close tightly and let steep for about 7 to 10 days, with occasional shaking.
  3. Now strain the oil and pour it into a clean bottle.
  4. Tastes great for marinating meat and fish, but also delicious with fried vegetables. It also goes very well with salads if you like garlic!
  5. It is also a nice and tasty gift idea with a whole dried chilli pepper and a few peppercorns

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
