Flavored garlic croutons are perfect for a quick breakfast!

Ingredients
White bread – 4 slices
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 40 g
Butter – 2 tbsp
Parsley to taste
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove
How to make garlic croutons:

Crack eggs, add 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Dip bread in this mass.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Fry the bread in butter on both sides until golden brown. To do this, fry it over medium heat, first for 1-2 minutes on one side, and then 1-2 minutes on the other side. Cool it down.
Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a press.
Wash the parsley and chop finely.
Mix the remaining mayonnaise with finely chopped herbs and garlic.
Mix thoroughly.
Lubricate the croutons with the prepared mixture in a thin layer (1 teaspoon each).
Grate the cheese on a fine grater directly over the prepared croutons. So sprinkle all the garlic croutons with grated cheese.
