Garlic Croutons

Flavored garlic croutons are perfect for a quick breakfast!

Ingredients

  • White bread – 4 slices
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Parsley to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove

How to make garlic croutons:

Directions

  1. Crack eggs, add 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
  2. Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  3. Dip bread in this mass.
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  5. Fry the bread in butter on both sides until golden brown. To do this, fry it over medium heat, first for 1-2 minutes on one side, and then 1-2 minutes on the other side. Cool it down.
  6. Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a press.
  7. Wash the parsley and chop finely.
  8. Mix the remaining mayonnaise with finely chopped herbs and garlic.
  9. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Lubricate the croutons with the prepared mixture in a thin layer (1 teaspoon each).
  11. Grate the cheese on a fine grater directly over the prepared croutons. So sprinkle all the garlic croutons with grated cheese.
