Garlic Croutons (Best Recipe)

A wonderful snack for beer – garlic croutons. Prepares instantly, goes well with beer and tea. Even if unexpected guests find your refrigerator empty, prepare garlic croutons, and guests will crunch mouth-watering pieces, praising the hospitable hostess.

Ingredients

  • Rye bread – 200 g
  • Refined vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cut the bread into small slices.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put slices of bread in hot butter. Fry the bread on both sides in hot oil. First, on one side over medium heat (about 1 minute).
  3. Then turn over and fry the croutons on the other side (about 1 minute).
  4. Peel the garlic crushed it in a garlic bowl. Mix the garlic with salt.
  5. Grate the croutons with a mixture of grated garlic and salt. Serve warm toasts with garlic.
