  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey, (Tasmanian Leatherwood)
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • pepper
  • N / A soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl. Chop half of the garlic and press the other half through. Then mix all the ingredients with the sour cream. Let it steep for an hour in the refrigerator and then season again with pepper and soy sauce.
  2. The trick is the garlic. Pressed garlic tastes different than chopped garlic. Mixed together it`s a dream.
