Instructions

  1. Pluck the grapes from the stems and use them whole. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Peel and roughly chop the cloves of garlic (if you have old garlic, take 18 cloves, if you have fresh garlic, 10 cloves are enough).
  2. Pour olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar and the chilli into a jar and shake well. Put all ingredients in a bowl and pour the salad dressing over them.
  3. The longer the salad draws, the more garlic it becomes.
  4. For us, this is the gag at every party that actually just happened by chance, but is always eaten empty. Everyone is talking about this salad.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
