Garlic-Lemon Sauce

I love homemade sauces! They cannot be compared to purchased ones (at least in terms of naturalness). Therefore, your workpieces should be stored for only a day, and sometimes less. But this option is eaten right away!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 850 Milliliters
  • Lemon Juice – 100 Milliliters
  • Water – 100 Milliliters (ice cold)
  • Garlic – 100-150 Grams
  • Salt – 1.75 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Put peeled garlic, salt into a mixer and pour in juice and water.
  2. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Then add oil. Mix everything.
  4. Store the sauce in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
