Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • Potatoes – 900 Grams
  • Garlic – 20 Cloves
  • Butter – 120 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Heat the garlic over low heat, covered.
  3. After 20 minutes, the garlic should darken. Remove from heat and place garlic in skillet with lid open.
  4. Boil potatoes.
  5. Drain and put the potatoes on the fire again for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to evaporate excess water.
  6. Immerse the potatoes in a mixer, add mashed garlic, cream, butter, spices. Make mashed potatoes.
