Garlic Potatoes “Oven” in the Oven

These potatoes will brighten any family dinner! Everyone will be delighted, very tasty! The aroma of garlic, the crispy crust on the potato is simply delicious! Great idea for lunch or dinner, easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1-2 heads
  • Parsley – 1/2 bunch

Directions

  1. We prepare food for potatoes with garlic in the oven.
  2. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  3. Combine potatoes, oil, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs in a cup and mix everything well.
  4. We spread the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment in one layer.
  5. Cut off the heads of garlic from above, pour with olive oil and wrap in foil.
  6. Place on a leaf next to the potatoes. We bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Unroll the garlic 10 minutes before cooking.
  7. Peel the golden garlic, knead it with a fork and lightly fry in olive oil.
  8. Add chopped parsley there and turn off the heat.
  9. Cover the potatoes with garlic oil
    .
